The Princess's name?

She is referred to primarily as Peach but she was also known as Toadstool. In Mario 64 she signs a letter with both names! So what do you think about the whole thing? I believe that Peach is a first name and that Toadstool is the royal last name. So her full name is Princess Peach Toadstool.

I got her name from the NES manual for Super Mario Bros, so I've always thought of her as Toadstool. But she looked very different back then.

Yeah... the appearance of Peach and Toad has changed a lot. Peach doesn't even have blonde hair in some of the older games.
