SNES Super NES tool

I have a small white tool that I found that has Nintendo insignia on it. It’s about 3 inches long and on one side says “made in Japan) the other side says “warning not for use by children under the age of 3” the end of it comes to a narrow off kilter point with a notch and has t 2 small tabs that stick out on either side. What is this device??
